Buyer Demographics
It is interesting to note the demographics of home buyers today and what factors are important to them in their home purchase. Most of the home purchases are between $125,000 and $250,000 and 1500 sf and 2500 sf. Beyond this, the most important factors to buyers are quality of neighborhood, convenience to their job & friends, and affordability; but most importantly, Location, Location, Location!
